Thought Field Therapy (TFT) techniques are a method of helping you feel calmer, decreasing the impact of negative emotions on your day and can enable you to respond to difficult feelings in a self-empowered way. The techniques involve briefly ‘tapping’ with the fingers on the acupressure points located on the surface of the upper body and hands.

Using specific protocols, sequences and techniques,  I strive to find the right tapping solutions that will suit the individual needs of every client.

Tapping aims to increase a person’s sense of wellbeing and reduce the stress, anxiety and the sense of feeling overwhelmed that people can sometimes experience. Success rates are around 80% effective with even higher success rates for personal sessions with a trained diagnostic practitioner.* 

Most individuals only require 1-3 sessions of 1-1.5 hours each to begin to effect a change; far less than other, more traditional therapeutic approaches.
